SHE COOKS: AIR FRYER STEAK

A juicy mouth-watering steak! I got too excited to take a pic before I dug in but you see it. I love doing my steak in the air fryer. That is the only way I eat it now. Now when I got my air fryer I wouldn’t try everything in it but I was a little afraid to burn something.

Fast track to 2020. I try to cook EVERYTHING in the air fryer. I have the NuWave Brio Black 10 Quart Digital Air Fryer, and I love it!

For dinner, we had steak, sweet potatoes souffle, and rutabagas. (I may do a post for my souffle).

Here’s the recipe for the Air Fryer Steak.

Main Ingredient: STEAK (now I get my huge steaks from Winn Dixie)

Seasonings:

Garlic

Olive Oil

Seasoning Salt

Meat Tenderizer

Your Choice or Marinade. I use

How to Cook:

Let the meat sit room temperature for about 15 minutes before cooking

Let air fryer preheat on 400 degrees

Place steak in the air fryer for 8 minutes on 400 degrees

Using a food brush, brush your olive oil and garlic mixture on top of the steak

After the first cooking set, flip steak on the other side and repeat step 3

I am sad to report on this day, my air fryer has gone to heaven. Baby, I used that thinggggg! I swear it would have lasted longer than 1 and half but it earned its keep. I’ll keep you posted on my next air fryer purchase.
