Hey, guys, it’s your girl, Kendra Nix, wife, mom, your favorite cheerleader. How are you doing?

So I have not recorded a video and that’s how long it is. Like I even changed my mind. Do ya know? I usually do. Long as strong. Twenty, twenty-one. I’m giving you curly and sassy. So it’s been a whirlwind, however. Happy New Year. Happy February, Happy Black History Month. Whatever you want to say, it’s happy, happy, happy. We have had a lot going on in the past. Months and we’re not going to call what it is, so we all know we’re still dealing with it.

We are past that. I just wanted to drop in to say, guess who back home to see your kid, I guess. And I didn’t go anywhere.

I just. Yeah. I was figuring out what I wanted to do with my business is if you have been following me for a while, you like who does a lot. You do.

I’ll be the first to say I do. I do. I do this big head of mine. I always keep being here in this big head of my seems to want to hold so much information. I am thankful to the man upstairs at this capacity that this brain can hold is great. However, sometimes I just need to get my filing cabinet and just bring down everything.

So in the past couple of months, I have figured out what I’m great at and that’s everything. Hello. I’m perfect, right? No, I am not.

But one thing I have figured out is that I like to restart. I like to project management. I like to tinker, I like to put stuff together. I like to tell people what to do, OK?

And I have to figure out how I can use that for me to not have to offer so many services, streamline what I was doing and figure out how I can help people. And one thing I saw, and this is from an organization I’m in the National Association of Black Women Construction. What’s up, man? I did a class for them on government contracts and maybe in January beginning the year.

And we’ve been planning for this class for a while.

Another member of the class helps me. And she was the person that pulled stuff out of me for the classes like Iraq. And after that class, I was like, oh my God, we did it.

We got the wind chill day. Yes.

And then that light bulb hit and I was just like, dummy, that’s it. I’m not the only person who calls himself by name. And I was like, That’s it. That’s it, Kendra. So you’re like, OK, what is it? I have researched government contracting. I have YouTube videos, webinars, paid people all of the above to figure out how I really can market myself to the government. And before I even got to that point, it was who I need to go to the government for my type of business, or do I want to go through all these websites and set it up and have to wait to hear back?

Oh, I missed this. Roman information is not right. You name it.

I’ve been through it. And from listening to other people, other women, men, and regards to marketing to the federal government, they all sound like me.

When I started, they sound like, OK, I got to go to this website. That website.

Well, what are my links called? How can what makes girls that they have all these questions that I had that I figured out and I was just like, that’s it, Kendra, help them get themselves started. So I say all that to say that’s me now. I still have my business. I’m a nine to five year. I’m a mom. I’m a wife. I’m a sister. I’m a daughter. I’m a volunteer. I’m a loving Jesus, a man.

I’m a lover of coffee, wine, and succulent. However, I love helping people win. So on my website, PEOC, see that I have scrapped all those other packages. It is now about helping people in a government contract. And I also do this is a consultation for people who just like to help me figure out what to do. I just need to talk to somebody about it and we can brainstorm together. I like that type of stuff. It’s fun to me.

So hey, why? When I help people with the right but my two other packages that I do offer, one is helping you with government contracting. You already set up. You have you done, did you name it. Samms is available all that’s there and that’s all you have done. You need an action plan to get you to the next step. That’s where you come in. We have our meeting. I set up everything and I put an action plan for you together.

And you’re going to be like, who let the fun begin? I take away all the background research like who to market to your top agencies. I do all that fun stuff for you because of so many systems that you have to use within the government. To figure out who, what, when and why. I know those systems, I figured out those systems. So guess what? You don’t have to go through all these websites just to figure out what works for your company.

I gotcha. So that’s my government contracting consulting plan where you give me everything you want. I give you everything you need. How about that? Oh, so put that on a coffee cup anyways.

But the next package that I’m afraid is for that person, says, Kendra, I am not going to sign off all these websites. I got to do this website, then I got the jump to this Web site, then I got to go back to. Well, you say maybe this is meant for me. I’m going to pass that over to somebody. Hello, I’m Kendra. OK, so this is the government contract. You set up a package where I do it for you from setting up your systems, getting all your registrations together, making sure that you are available and DSB as well, all the fun websites, make sure that you’ve done.

No, everything is locked and loaded. And two other things get you some templates to get your capability statement. Yeah, you have to have that to market it. Also, one thing I see a lot of people don’t have a website. Twenty twenty-one a website, you don’t have to have any fancy website like Amazon or a big construction company that’s been in the business for years, they have a slew of departments and people to help them with this stuff.

We’re small businesses is usually a one woman and a virtual assistant that helps you.

And you don’t have time for all that. I tell you right now, you just need a three-page website. The meat potatoes in the desert, call it a day. Put it on the web. Make it easy. I’m going to help you with that package. Excuse me. What’s included in my package. So here we go. I’m gonna tell you the packages again. Business. Oh, here we go. Let’s try one more time. I told you I was perfect, right? With the business consultation. It is what it is. Street business doesn’t have to be the government. It could be e-commerce. So from there, you’ve got to take action. Hello. Somebody’s easy, right? And last but not least, it is the full brunt of getting you set up with the government.
