We have been faced with such a terrible time here in the United States and around the world. Not many of us could have ever imagined something this astronomical could happen and even could happen to the great United States. I’m going be the first to admit that I’m shocked that the United States got caught with your pants down. But one thing I have noticed in the weeks that have gone by during all of this is there are lotta things that don’t make sense to me. Now I may have some degrees a little education here and there but common sense goes a long way. And somethings just don’t make sense to me so your girl got questions. And maybe some solutions and answers to this number one the shortage of toilet paper like really that only happened because monkey sees monkey do syndrome and honestly it makes me question how some of you guys live no I’m not the perfect person trust me when I say I’m not, however, it brings up a lot of questions about how you live in what you doing at home but if you have to go run up there to get Mauser toilet paper because somebody else did. I see why some of our youth struggle emotionally because it starts at home if you see your mom and dad acting hysterical over toilet paper do you not know how to cope with the simple small things in life God forbid you to have to deal with something big you’re gonna crack in 2.5 seconds! we got to do better we got to be role models to our kids, not TV not a rapper not a senior but we have to be Romanos for our kids.
Question 2: Outdated Systems
I am in the state of Alabama and I think the one thing that could help them through any pandemic is updated systems. The systems and processes remind me of (still thinking) the first dot matrix printer. The times have changed and so many things that the state can do online are not there. I get not losing the human touch; however when catastrophic events happen and you are not able to service your people promptly. Welp, it’s time to change. I’m not a politician by any stretch of the imagination but I’m smart. LOL! Ray Charles can see these 1910 systems/processes are not cutting it.
But that goes into…VOTING. If you are paying attention, the people who are leading you in this pandemic may not be the same people you want to lead you into the future. Sit back and think, is it time for a change and how can I be apart of that change? Step 1. VOTE! Yeah, I know you are going to say that voting doesn’t change anything but if we keep that same mentality, it won’t. After this, I know I won’t be voting for some of those who are currently in office. Pause, I didn’t vote for them in the last election. I don’t care if they are republican or democratic, vote for the person who can connect with the people and get the job done.
Dear Alabama! If you don’t make changes to grow in all areas, you will stay at the bottom of the list. It’s time for a change. I know the probably has a lot on her plates however, changes need to be made in Alabama.
Maybe I do need to be a political lol! I got ideas!
Question 3: Our Youth
How will our youth recover from this? Many have never seen their parents and or peers go through anything like this. This will be something that we have to watch closely. The effect on our youth will be big. From educational, emotional, and physicals, there will be some negative impact. I always ask people to volunteer and if they can, do it with the youth. They will need us now more than ever.
Welp, I let it all out, but trust and believe I will have more on this situation in the coming weeks. Cuz, I got questions.
